A rich tea that appears in many legends and triggers an explosion of flavors on the palate. A wonderful Oolong with tender, sweet aroma and a note of creamy milk.

Tea from the island of Formosa (Taiwan).
There are several myths about its elaboration process (some seem real, other romantic legends). For example, the flavoured by means of milk vapour and water that would stop fermentation. Another myth is that the leaf of this tea are harvested in seasons of intense cold, giving it its characteristic softness. As well as the romantic story that tells the Moon to fall in love with a Comet and that when it disappears, the Moon exhales a cold breath on Earth, thus rising the Milky Oolong.
Either way the result is really dazzling.
